Match Fomula

I currently have two different spreadsheets that I want to compare and match data.  I have done so with successfully with this formula {=match(B2,Completed!C:C,0).  However, since the lookup array contains several occurrences of the lookup value, the position of the first value is returned and it stops trying to match additional rows.  Is there a way to get it to keep searching and provide a list (or something) of all the applicable rows?  I have provided an example of my workbook.  Thanks
