Map Charts in Excel 2016

Hello,

Myself and a few coworkers are receiving the following error/warning message when we try to insert a filled map chart in Excel (the only map option available): "Sorry, map charts aren't supported for your location."  I've searched around and couldn't find anything on this particular error.

I'm not sure what information may be needed to troubleshoot this, but I don't want to overshare.  Please let me know what additional information you need to help with this.
