MAJOR PROBLEM when using copy paste function in (Excel 365)

I am having issues copying a value from my barcode app into Excel (365). It works on my desktop version but when I need to be mobile I use our company's 365 access to Excel to complete the same function but it will not paste the value into the worksheet. Any suggestions?
