I use an excel sheet daily with a limited number of rows (130), during the day, once I finish a row it gets highlighted and at the end of the day, I delete all highlighted rows. I have to continuously add additional rows to my sheet after deleting. I would like to know how to set the sheet up to auto insert a new row once I delete another row? I have asked this to several people and no one knows. HELP!!!

Maybe your explanation isn't clear enough!
How do you finish a row?
And how it gets highlighted?
It's good to attach the Excel workbook!
