Macro disabled

Hi I have a Question, please. Macro disables after protection workbook or worksheet in excel? How can avoid from this.

    If you want to enable your macro always, then Click on File | Options | Trust Center | Trust Center settings | Macro Settings and select "Enable all macros (..." and Click on OK. If you want to disable your macro always, then Click on File | Options | Trust Center | Trust Center settings | Macro Settings and select "Disable all macros without notification" and Click on Ok.
