Mac Excel Insert Cut Cells does not remove blank row

I switched from PC to Mac, but now when I “Insert Cut Cells” from one worksheet to another, the original row is not deleted. It does delete the original row when I’m inserting into the same worksheet. Is there an easy fix? I’m using Excel 2019
