Mac Excel 2011 or 2016 VBA Runtime Error 5 Macro Worksheet

Hi. I have a problem to open on my Macbook Pro Mid 2012 my worksheet with Macro. On my imac the worksheet can open without problem. On both machines is the OS El Capitan with Mac Office 2011 installed. but on my Mac it shows me the Runtime Error 5. I installed Mac Office 2016 with the same problem. I need help.

    Hello,

     

    do you have access to the code?

     

    I am asking, as according to your screenshot, it seems that the application has been provided by a company/developer. If you don't have access to the code, I suggest to contact the vendor for support.

     

    As far as I know, the error 5 can be throwed on a Mac for several reasons. A good start point for investigating can be Ron de Bruin's website http://www.rondebruin.nl/mac.htm

      I have no access to the code. The sheet is from my tax office. I will try the website.
