lookup value in 3 different columns and return corresponding values

Hello,

 

i am currently working on a spread sheet to calculate different capacities, 

for this i need to pick between the attachments and these are based on the machines they are designed for, 

Cell B2 is the machine i am calculating for and gets its value based on a machine list

Columns O,P,Q tell me which Machines that attachment is able to be fitted to, 

 

what i need to happen in columns B-H 

is for the values to be filled in from columns R-X based on any of the Columns O,P or Q machining B2 

 

so that i get list of attachments and their values which i can fit to the machine, 

so for the C3000 there will only be one set of value but for C4000 and C5000 there will be 2
