Loan Amortization Template
I am having trouble with the amount of payments per year cell. If I wish to pay 12 payments a year (monthly) the calculations are reasonably accurate, however if I wish to pay fortnightly or weekly, it still works out on 12 monthly payments, but dates of payments are spread over the 26 (fortnight) or 52 (weekly)payments. Even by doing calculations of monthly payments and then adding extra payments it still extrapolates it out further than 12 monthly payment (in time). Can anyone help how to fix the problem.

I am having the same problem, the template seems to default the date to every month, even if I am making payments every two weeks. I would like to change the date formula but cannot figure out how it should be coded to factor in and show the date of the payment on an every other week schedule versus monthly.longtan2
