Linking Excel workbooks in OneDrive - automatic & without security warning

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I linked two of my Excel workbooks in OneDrive and activate the setting update automatic.&nbsp;the problem: the external connection is deactivated and both files must be opened manually and the contents activated - see below.How can I disable the security warning? the connection between the two excel worksheets should be automated without manual intervention.&nbsp;Thanks!F&nbsp;&nbsp;

The link you sent gives instructions on how to solve this in the desktop version of Excel.&nbsp;However, I am looking for a solution for Excel Online. Unfortunately I could not find anything like a trust center where you can make these settings.It is also not a macro, but only a link between two Excel files.&nbsp;Thanks!F

Unfortunately, I did not pay close attention to your message, meaning that with Excel for web.

I'm not sure if this is even possible with Excel for web.
