Issue with Maps

I am trying to ccreate a simple map chart with 6 countries. The issue I am having is that Belgium is one of the countries. I do not need all of Belgium, I just need the Flemish region. 

When I make a chart with just the "Flemish region" it will show on the chart, however, when I add another data line to the series it all disappears. 

Belgium shows fine with all other 5 countries. 

I have tried adding further details, such as continent and region although that does not seem to be working. 

Any help appreciated.
