Is there a way to control the Ribbon

Hello Excelers,

OK this is what I am thinking of:

Say I am working in MS-Excel in Office 365. and say I activated the Developer Tab in the Ribbon, and say I use the Macro button to run a macro, and say the macro completed its steps and now I am ready to work some more.

So far I am on the Developer Tab of the Ribbon.

Say I want to make a cell's font Bold. That command button is on the Home Tab of the Ribbon.

How can I ask the macro to return to the Home Tab after finishing all its steps?
