increment cell reference value

Hello All,
I need your help:
I have excel list with that hold internal references(That I entered manualy )  to another cells list values  :
A1=E5
A2=E20
A3=E27
.
.
.
A10=E40

(Column E holding different values , with list of 5 numbers each time - I get it as raw numbers from another program).

After this list is finished I need to copy this list with increment of the internal reference by 1 - so it will be like this (I need to do it 4 times copy):
A11=E6
A12=E21
A13=E28
.
.
.
A20=E28

I want to do it fast and automated .
How can I do that?
