Import Wizard

I have a big .txt file that is fixed width columns. When using Excel's import wizard I am only able to see the first 4 or 5 columns of the document.  There are more columns to the right that I need to select in the wizard. There is no way I can see to scroll over. Any ideas. I have a Microsoft Office 365 subscription on Mac. I have the most recent version of excel.

synmsynm Unfortunately, Get&Transform (a.k.a. Power Query) is not available for Excel on Mac. But, no worries. What you describe looks like you don't see the horizontal scroll bar in the text-import-wizard.

Go to System settings on your Mac and click General. Make sure that "Show scroll bars:" is set to Always

.... and try the text-import-wizard again.

synmsynm If you have the most version of Excel, you should be able to import your Text file by using Excel's Data/Get data from Text/CSV then take advantage of Get and Transform data to clean up your data before Load it to a Table in a Excel workbook. When using Get and Transform data, you will be working in an Editor which should allow you to see all of your columns.
