import data from website

I want to put share price data from a website (LSE, MSN money) onto a spreadsheet, I can get the data onto a sheet (new book or existing book) via a query or from the get external data but it wont refresh, it says connection not available. I have copied the http address, got the table and imported to the relevant sheet but that's it nothing further.  My plan was to have the share price automatically updated on the excel doc were my finances are, and update daily rather having to input the figures manually, the data is in book 1 b2 and wants to transfer into book 2 b12 so help with the input into the formula bar would also be helpful.   any help would be very much appreciated thank you
