import and transform kindle clippings into excel with power pivot

hi,

On a monthly basis I import my clippings from the Kindle reader to Excel. They come out of the Kindle as a txt document.

I am trying collect and transform every month clippings through power pivot in order to save time.

Could someone have a look on the attached excel a see if it would be possible to transform data as it comes in Page 2 to what I would like to order in page 1?

Please note that :

1. Kindle export also marks and this is a “3 file record” while the interesting clippings are recorded in “4 file records”.
2. I have enclosed the also de txt doc received from the Kindle but as a word version, (txt documents not allowed to be uploaded)
