IF or Excel formula

Hi and good afternoon, I am having a block on a easy IF OR formula...

Column B has a complex formulated value on my original spreadsheet but for the attached have just typed in numbers..

Column C needs to have a formula on the following basis:

If Column B is equal to or less than 2, returns the value 0,

If Column B is equal or greater than 20, returns the value 20,

If Column B is greater than 2, lesser than 20, returns the value in cell relevant

Help please
