If function
I am trying to use the if function to calculate mean, median and mode for distribution for each location and I am getting no where. I can calculate the average but nothing else! What am I doing wrong?

if you want to calculate the median, where does the IF function come in? Can you step back and post some sample data that illustrates your scenario, then mock up the desired result and explain the rules that lead to that result? Don't assume that any function like IF needs to be in the solution.
By the way, the median can be calculated with the MEDIAN() function.
