if formulas in excel

morning 

i need a formula that will return a result in a cell based on a yes or a no. basically what i need is this

A1 has a dollar value A2 has either a Yes or a No A3 needs to be either 50% of A1 if A2 is yes or 100% of A1 if A2 is no
