IF formula looking for a document not linked to the file

I have a separate validation sheet used to calculate a rating using 2 parameters ("Likelihood" and "Consequence") within the same workbook - but in a separate sheet.  It used to work but now it is looking for a link to an external file called "Log" - but this spreadsheet has never had external workbook links and when I remove the workbook link to "Log" the formula is replaced by "#NAME?" as the formula is updated to include a link to the SharePoint site where the file lives - but it's looking for the file called "Log" - and there isn't one.  The only file listed is the one I am updating.  Any idea why this is suddenly happening and how to fix it?
