icon to autoadjust the rows in an entire spreadsheet by one click

My question is - in the older versions of excel there was an icon you could put in the ribbon, that would automatically adjust all the rows in the spreadsheet to the same uniform height. I can't seem to find that anywhere in 2019.  Can you tell me where I can find this command / what it is called and if it still exists?

 

The only answer to my query was your post and I couldnt find it in your attachment.
