I want to be able to change a percentage up or down using the up/down arrows and can't find any info

Try doing the following:

1. Go to Developer Tab > Insert Spinner

2. Update the settings like the below image

3. Update Cell B3 to equal this:   =F3/100

4. Click the spinner and the %'s will now go up and down.
