I need help writing a complex formula

  1. it's like a college certificate

    i write the person and his degree in all subject

     
     

    in the blue table i want Excel to write that the person who have.....

    from 0 to 5 ...write so bad

    from 6 to 8....write bad

    And from 9 to 12 is good

    And from 13 to 15 is very good

    And from 16 to 20 is perfec

    what is the function can help me on it???

    Hi,

     

    I'd define that ranking somewhere, perhaps in another sheet (here is in columns F and G) and use simple LOOKUP on them
