Hyperlink Option Greyed Out (Mac V16.67)

Hi all,

I have a sheet that I use as a business hub for all of my business metrics. I have links to all of these other pages built in to it. 

I am trying to set up another hyperlink and the option is greyed out. 

Any clues?

Has there been a setting change?
