How to share an EXCEL Sheet

I am using MS Office 365 on my laptop using Windows 10 and Chrome as my browser.

 

How can I share an EXCEL sheet live on a Messenger call. I need to show a colleague what needs to be done on an EXCEL sheet live during a Facebook Messenger call.

    Hi saad soliman 

     

    You could use a free online screen sharing tool to share your spreadsheet (e.g. https://www.screenleap.com/). Just search for something like "free screensharing online" to see other options.


    Then you can demo what's on your screen in real-time.

      Thanks for your reply. I saw on the internet an extension for Chrome to do the job, but was not sure whether it is safe to download or not.
