How to set Hidden and Empty Cells through a Macro

I am building a macro that charts a line graph but the line stops if the data stops but the time goes on.  I can manually set the Hidden and Empty Cells to zero, but can not find how to do this through the macro.  Here is an image of what I am trying to accomplish.
