How to output data using interactive levers

How can I output data that is based from different levers. I have a large dataset and would like to select a sample based on users interactive way using levers on one specific field. So for example if users have a class mark of 60% or higher.abd then be able to use a slider and select users up to say 70% and so on.. thanks.
