How to make shading on Excel chart and move x axis labels to the bottom and rotate 45 degrees

Sorry, I should have written -80 and 20, as it is in the workbook.
To add a new series, click anywhere on the chart, then click Select Data on the Chart Design tab of the ribbon.
Under Legend Entries (Series), click Add.

Ok, I got the axis formatting done. But for the shading I'm confused. You say to add series of -80 and -20 but on your workbook it is -80 and 20 (positive 20, not negative). Also, I don't understand how to ADD the new series to the existing chart vs using Insert Chart.
