How to keep the result of the formula from appearing down the column before a number is added

M_tarler thanks for the solution, however can you advise on how to get a running total for the Us and Them in the totals column?
Currently I am using this formula: =IF((B21+G21+L21) = 0, "", (C21+H21+M21))
