How to enable Power Pivot on SharePoint 2019

I need a solution to enable Power Pivot on SharePoint 2019.  Please assist.  

I have an excel workbook with data models, dashboards, etc. that I would like to upload to SharePoint 2019 and allow users the ability to manipulate the data. 

What is the best method?
