how to disable permanently "Microsoft has blocked macros from running untrusted source"

Hi All

whenever I download the micro enabled excel file from google or other sources, it is showing me this error "Microsoft has blocked macros from running untrusted source"

I know i can add a new path in excel trust center. but as we have many users. so, we cannot tell everyone to change the path of trust center in excel.

so, I want that is there any way or option that we can get rid of this error permanently. or fix a file so that when i send the file to other user he doesn't need to change the path of trust center.

if anyone can help ...pls reply!!
