How to Copy after Subtotal
When in my monthly spreadsheet, I have to subtotal data. Within the subtotals, there are 3 windows at the top left that I can toggle between. I usually stay in the 2nd window option so the data is shrunk to only the totals that I need. What I then end up having to do is copy each line, one by one to another sheet because even when I'm in the 2nd window option and try to copy, it'll still paste the WHOLE spreadsheet. Is there a way where I can save time and copy all the totals that I need in window #2 but when pasting, still only pasting the totals vs. the whole spreadsheet. Thanks in advance!

A. There no doubt is, but your description of this process in general sounds kludgey.
Presumably your goal here is storing a historical snapshot of the data for future trend analyses. There are far more efficient ways to accomplish this. Far more efficient.
So could we back up and look at the bigger picture rather than just put a band-aid on the sore spot? Is it possible for you to post the actual spreadsheet/workbook on OneDrive or GoogleDrive, with a link pasted here that grants access to it?
