How to change a table contents based upon data
you are lucky that you are asking this question in 2018 :)
while there are different ways to get this done, the best way I know is to use PowerQuery AKA Get & Transform.
I have recorded a quick video and uploaded here in the attachment, so that you can see how you can get this done.
The best way about using Get & Transform is that it is dynamic, when you add or remove data, it updated automatically with refresh.
