How does Excel calculate confidence intervals in the Data Analysis > Regression tool?

Hi

Can anybody please tell me how the Regression tool in Data Analysis calculates the confidence interval? This is found at the bottom right corner of the SUMMARY output under "LOWER LIMIT" and "UPPER LIMIT." 

I have looked all around but cannot find the formula.
