How do you change the Notification email address?
Click the menu in the upper left corner and then visit the Info / Welcome part of this site to get acquainted with the layout. There are many people who will be happy to assist you with these things. Click your User ID in the top right to review your profile / settings related to email notifications as well.
OK, thanks -- I will read through the Info / Welcome stuff.
But regarding the Notification -- the Notification of your response came back to my old email address, which is what I am trying to get changed. The Profile you mentioned does have my newer preferred email address in it (already had found that), so apparently that is not the email address used for these Notifications.
I did find another screen that seemed to indicate it was an email address used for something, but there was no email address specified. All that was on the screen was a check-box that I could check if I "did not" want email Notifications sent to me. I suspect from that wording, that this is the place that my Notification email address should be located -- but alas, nothing else on the screen other than the check-box.

Hi Ron, as i remember it was discussed some ago, my understanding notifications in any case go on email assosiated with the account you use to login into this network. But i could be wrong, better if you ask in Discussions on Customer Infor Center here - much more chances people who run this site will find your questions, not sure they track this group.

Sergei-
OK, I don't know what happened or why it started working (I think it had something to do with me being a brand new member of the community), but when I clicked "My Settings - Complete Profile" a few minutes ago as I was starting this Reply, it worked.
The page/screen I complained about earlier that had nothing on it except for a check-box to mark if you did not want notifications NOW has the old email address listed along with a couple of boxes where one could enter (and confirm) a new email address -- which I did. Part of the process was to reveive a verification email at the new email address to confirm that the new changes are indeed something that you wanted -- and I clicked on the link to confirm such.
So now all I have to do is to read through the Info/Welcome stuff and get familiar with the operation of this community. I love Communities -- so many knowledgable people willing to help. As is the case I find most often, the hardest part of working with Communities is getting to the Community and then to the right place in the Community, but I will figure it out, hopefully.
Thanks for the response.
