and paste (command V) into excel as text.

Anytime I am working in a shared excel it always wants to paste in the images.  Current workaround is to open desktop excel paste. and recopy to paste file names into shared excel.  I'd like to avoid the workaround.  Does anyone know how?

Ha understand that.  I want the image names not image files to paste into an excel on the web that is shared.  How do I select my images copy (commandC) and paste the files names into an excel on the web as text.  They only come in as images currently.
