How can i import data from Adwords / other platforms to Excel?

I am managing an advertising campaign in various platforms: Adwords, Facebook and more.

I use an excel file to overlook all the statistics from those platforms,
so i have to fill the data manually every day.

Can i set a code/ function that can pull automatically this data from those platforms,
according to specific parameters i need?
