How can I disable the "Don't show again" button on the yellow CSV warning bar?
I always want that warning to show. Frankly, I think the ability to disable that warning for all files forever with one click (no confirmation) is bad design. I know it was added because many people didn't like warnings about CSV files, and it can be re-enabled (if you know what you're looking for), but that's no help to users who don't understand the ramifications of disabling it. I've encountered several who turn that off, then request support because all the formulae they "saved" in their CSV have been lost and replaced with result values. One person just inherited a computer with it disabled and figured it was broken. I can understand letting it go when there's only data in the file, but why anyone would think that allowing the average user to save a file containing a formula as a CSV, without telling them it was lost, is beyond me.
Surely there's some registry setting to ensure users are more or less forced to save in a format that supports the file contents?
