help!

hi there,

i need some help. I have watched tons of videos etc on Marcos and VBA. I have a file that i need to make it simpler to access. 

The file is a bunch of employees and their shifts, times , occupation , etc. 

How do i even go about making this be accessable faster the 10-20 minutes that it takes my boss to filter it all out?
