Help with a Macro!

Hello All, I need help with a Macro!

I am looking for a macro formula that will copy and paste in consecutively "recap" column B to "Worksheet" G11 ( I have all other information I need in this sheet based off of this one pasted number) and print each sheet individual, one after another. For example, copy B3 to G11 and print sheet, copy B4 to G11 and print sheet, copy B5 to G11 and print, and so on. I would then like the copying and pasting to stop at on the last row of data in the "recap" sheet. 

hopefully then someone can assist me with then creating a macro that does the same thing as above and instead of printing, it PDF and saves each individual file to a folder in my documents.
