Help with a COUNTIFS function

I have this formula: =COUNTIFS(PKH!V7:V107,"25",PKH!T7:T107,">=1")

Instead of looking for just a value of 25, I need it to look for and count anything that's a value of 25-29, not just 25. I cannot seem to get it just right. I'm sure I've just been looking at this sheet too long and it's an easy solution, but I can't come up with it.

Can anyone suggest what to us instead?
