Help tab not working
I am using Office subscribed through Dell. My subscription extend through October 15, 2024. When I select Help/? or Help/ contact support with any of the modules (word, excel ..etc) I get the dial...
August 2024 and I'm here to say I'm having this issue. I can't remember when it started but it's probably been at least a couple of months. If anyone here has found the solution (non-work account, paid personal subscription, I'm the Admin, the fixes I've found online so far don't work). The error message is "Sorry, seomthing went wrong. Please check your network connection and try again." - been there, done that, network connection problem doesn't exist.
