HELP! One Drive Upload issues

Hi all

I've been unable to automatically sync my Word and Excel files with One Drive. I am a Windows 10 user.

Both apps either tell me 'Upload pending' or 'Upload Blocked'

I am asked to sign in again which fails every time because the app thinks that I am offline, even though my internet is working.

What is going on?
