Help needed to create a particular visualization of data
Hello everyone, Can somebody help me in creating a visualisation as shown in the image below. I have all the required data with me for a different parameter. Need it for a college project.

First, there is no default chart in Excel to get that result. However, it is possible to built it peace by peace.
For that, you have to create two charts, a "Scatter chart" for the 'Overall Performance Index' and a "Bar chart" for the 'Incremental Change'.
Creating the bar chart is easy but you will need some customizing for the Scatter chart and for that please read this post "

I somehow figured how to do it but i don't know how to combine the 2 graphs (Start-End and Bar Plot)
Can you help me with that ?

No way to combine, just put the two charts one behind the second. You can also group the two objects (charts areas).
