Help! Microsoft blocking my VBA macros

I'm unable to access the macros enabled Excel spreadsheet. I get a error, stating the macros has been disabled due to security issues. Though the macros are already enabled in Excel. Please need help with enabling the macros without the security warning message. 

 

Microsoft Help said they can't help, and sent me here.. agh!!

    Alice_Willoughby Have you tried saving the file to one of your "trusted locations"?  

     

    You can see trusted locations here:

    File/Options/Trust Center/Trust Center Settings/Trusted Locations

      thanks for your response. I've tried making "downloads" a trusted location, and then running the macro on the version of the file in that location. It doesn't work 😞
