Get data from online sources, create a table and add manual entries

I am creating a table using the "Get data" function from an online source (Salesforce). Once I have the table I have added more columns to add manual entries. The data coming from Salesforce and the new columns seems to be in the  same table. However, when I refresh the data to bring new records from Salesforce the manual records move to a different rows. There is not consistency.
