I need assistance with a formula. I am attempting to create a formula that will deduct if a number is bigger. For example, if a person works over eight hours, subtract thirty minutes for lunch, and if over ten hours, subtract one hour. Therefore, when I enter the start and end time, if the total exceeds 8 hours, it should subtract 30 minutes, and if it exceeds 10 hours, it should subtract 1 hour from the total hours worked that day.
