I'm sure there is a formula. However, without seeing how you've structured your workbook, I have no really good way to go further. Are you willing and able to share a copy of the workbook, or perhaps one that has only a few fictitious invoices included; i.e., an accurate mockup of the real thing. That would help us help you.
