Since you did not specify any search word I made up my own.

=IF(A2="OR";B2;0)

=B2-C2

Hello again,
It's probably more complicated that the very simple table I previously attached:
With the more complicated table, the result I want is:

Look for the text OR, or RAILEX (in column B), if FOUND, then take the NUMBER in column C and place it in column D. If OR, or RAILEX (in column B), is NOT FOUND, then take the NUMBER in column C and place it in column E.

Hope this makes sense.
