Formula Update Help

I need help with a formula on counting days. I currently have this formula on my Cell E to count the amount of days from a person's date of entry to today: =IF([@[Date of Entry]]="","",TODAY()-[@[Date of Entry]]).

 

I need help updating it to stop counting days when a date is placed in column Q labeled discharge date. The formula should count the amount of days from the date of entry to today and stop counting when a discharge date is added.

    I updated to protect personal information but this is the jist of it, I need for the column LOS to stop counting days once a date is entered under Discharge Date, for example the first one should be 11 not 112.
